Hey everybody, I hope that you're doing well. I am okay, not perfect but can't complain overall I suppose. Today was alright, I went grocery shopping with Mum and then went to my Aunt's house for lunch which is nothing unusual. It was good though, I had not seen her for a couple of weeks since I was working and all. After that we went to Riverlink shopping center then came home. Since then I have been online and watching television. Tomorrow I have no plans, my Dad's friend might be coming over though for a little while. He's really nice, so is his wife.. well I think they got married. They live at Redcliffe and in a really nice area. We went to their house once and it was cool. Nothing else is planned for the weekend.
I might be working again soon, not a lot of hours but when I went to pick up my pay cheque today, my co-worker told me I could do a traineeship which would mean I'd get at least 15 hours a week so we shall see what happens. I don't know if I will be able to do that yet but we'll find out soon.
Next week should be good I hope, I might get to go out. YES! I haven't done much of that the past couple weeks so it'll be awesome to get out. I don't know if I'll be working or not, I sort of hope not at this point of time!
Anyway, that will do from me tonight. I am tired and will probably go to bed soon enough. Thanks for reading, if anybody actually reads this.

I haven't updated this in so long, I'm sorry about that. I just got lazy which is nothing unusual. I have been working the last two weeks. I finally got my job which was rather nice. I worked fifty hours the first week which was really hard on me, it was too much so I asked them to cut my hours down which they did. Last week I worked 40 hours which felt like a big difference. It's a long day when you do 10-11 hours a day, I don't know how people can do it. This week I am not working because vacation care is over and now it's before and after school care, there are not enough kids attending for me to go there and work which sucks but oh well. I suppose it is nice to have a break.
Unfortunately things haven't been completely great since I last updated. One of my birds, Tiko the budgerigar passed away from illness on the 17th of June. I was pretty devastated, I am such a huge bird lover and I love all of my birds and care about them very much. They are my babies. When he passed I was so depressed, it still gets to me even after a month. He used to get sick a lot and I don't exactly know why. I took him to the vet a couple of times in his short life but I suppose that didn't help him overall. We did get medicine for him which seemed to help for a while but I don't know. We believe he had something wrong with him internally or maybe his digestion. It was a very hard time for me anyway. I always take these sorts of things very bad. Fortunately I got another budgie a couple of weeks later, he's blue, white and black and I named him Binky. Well I don't know if it is a boy or a girl yet but I really hope it is a boy otherwise I'll have three girls! He's not as hyper as Tiko was but give him time, he's quite a character. Bandit and Taffy aren't keen on him yet but we shall see what happens.
There's not much else to update on besides that. Oh! I saw the preview for High School Musical 3 a couple days ago. I am a huge fan of those movies, even if I am 20 now. I honestly don't care what anybody else thinks about that. Half of you will probably laugh at that but you know what? You can get f*cked, I'm not going to tolerate people giving me a hard time about it. I'm sure there are other people out there who are the same age, if not older who love it. Anyway, I'm excited about the 3rd movie. Apparently they are making a 4th movie but Zac and co. aren't going to be in it. Sounds boring in my opinion.

Well, today was interesting. I had my X-Ray done. They took about twelve of them all together. At the end they had to keep me a bit longer than intended because they thought they saw something odd, they did another thing which you wouldn't want to know about and then we left. It took close to four hours in total so that was a long time to be there but I am very glad to be home now with my birds and talking to my wonderful boyfriend. I'm very tired as well, I'm looking forward to going to bed tonight.
They said that everything looked alright and that there didn't seem to be anything wrong. They had me worried when they said they needed to take more xrays and then do this other thing to check out what was going on. It's all good, I don't know what is going to happen next. I will have to go back to my guy specialist not this coming Monday but the next to confirm my results and such. He said if he finds nothing in this then we will leave that alone for now. I might have to see a different type of specialist after that, we shall see. I am pretty much fed up with all this medical stuff now you know.
My friend sent me an invitation to her wedding next month but I doubt I can go, it is in another state so that makes it difficult. I won't have anybody to go with I don't think and I don't want to go by myself so I probably won't go. It's a shame but it's too far and I don't think I can afford it any way.
No plans for tonight, I will probably just relax and do nothing. That's always a good thing.

Well, here I am again. I just finished dinner not long ago and am now watching Neighbours. Later on I have no plans, I might do some drawing or probably play Playstation. That is all I have been doing the past few days. I feel very lazy but oh well. As my title says, it's sunny again, it has been nice. This afternoon it actually rained a little bit, a small storm came up and it was nice. We didn't get a ton of rain but it was something at least. It got clear again after the storm went. It is meant to be fine tomorrow, it makes no difference to me since I will be in getting an X-Ray. I am really not looking forward to it, hopefully it won't be as bad as I think. The appointment is at 9 am and it is going to take up to four hours. I won't be able to eat in the morning either, I can't until it is over.
I am rather tired at the moment, that is nothing unusual. I don't know how I am going to cope when I am working, waking up early and such. I think I will get used to it after a while but it will be tough at first. We shall see what happens.

Wow, Grand Theft Auto games are very addicting. I have known this for several years now, ever since I was a kid. I remember playing GTA: 1 on the Playstation 1 many years ago. I loved that game and I remember it as a great time of my life when playing it. I know those games have advanced a lot since then but man they are so cool. I have not played IV as of yet but I hope to very soon. I need to get a PS3 or X-Box 360 before I can get it!
I think I have that job, the lady said that she has nobody else in mind for it so I hope I definitely have it now. I am sort of looking forward to it, I have never had a real job before so hopefully it turns out well. I don't know what we will be doing yet exactly but we will probably find out about it during the week.
Mum is going out tomorrow with my Sister in Law to the biggest shopping center I know of, I don't think I will go though because I have no money! If I did go, I would see a million things I want and then I'd get mad because I'm broke. I'm glad I'm getting a job though because I will be able to buy some stuff for once!
I am watching Ready Steady Cook at the moment and typing this out, I am also feeling rather tired which is nothing unusual. Wow, next week I will have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning so that is going to be difficult. I hate waking up early!

Okay, well here I am with another journal entry. I hope there are people who actually read this, I have had these types of things in the past where people haven't read them! Any way, it was a pretty good day today I suppose. It rained most of the day which was wonderful, we really do need it. I think it is still raining a bit now, I hope it lasts all night. It might rain again tomorrow so I hope the weather forecaster is right about that. I don't know how much rain we have received so far, hopefully more than an inch. We haven't had a full day of rain for a while now so it was great. I just stayed inside and played Playstation for most of the time. I was playing GTA: Vice City Stories again. I am stuck on some crappy mission though so I hope to get through it soon. This game is a load of fun though, it's very fun.
My Budgie Tiko annoyed me today, he had a bath in the bird's drinking water. This is a bad thing because he gets sick easily and he always does this when I am out of the room. I come back and he is wet and cold, I rush him to the bathroom and put the heater on. I put him in front of it to warm him up, I don't know if it helped. We lit our wood burner and I put his cage nearby to keep him warm. After a while he was dry and now he is back out again. He is a little toad sometimes.
No plans for tomorrow, we might be going out Wednesday though.. I'm not too sure as of yet. I also have not been notified still about my job which is stupid. If we don't get news tomorrow, I'm not going to be impressed. I start in a week.. if I do get the job that is.
Oh well, that will do from me. I am going to play some Playstation with my Mum, that is always a lot of fun. xD Thank you for reading and take care.

I thought I would update this today since I didn't yesterday. I was pretty lazy yesterday, I was playing GTA: Vice City Stories for most of the day and that was the same case today actually. It's an addictive game I must say, not as good as previous games I suppose but I am really enjoying it. It's entertaining and rather challenging for me at times too so that must be a good thing then.
I STILL have not been told whether I have that job or not, it's taking too long. I hope they tell me tomorrow or the next day otherwise that is really slack on their behalf. I'm not looking forward to waking up real early in the mornings but I will get used to it of course. I will work 6 hours usually and 8 hours on school holidays.. if I get the job that is.
I have no plans for the rest of the night, I might watch television or play Playstation some more. Tomorrow I have no plans, on Thursday I will. I have to get some sort of X-Ray done for a problem I have, some people will already know about that. Hopefully everything turns out alright on that, I am not looking forward to it though. It is going to take up to 3-4 hours so I will be there for ages.
Big Brother is on at the moment, I have not been watching it as much lately because it can get very boring at times. I am sort of watching it at the moment as I type this. There is an elimination tonight and then they are putting in three more people so that sucks in my opinion.

Haha, this is like the great debate of the century. I would have to say Pirates, they are so cool. Pirates of the Caribbean was brilliant, especially the third movie and they made looks pirates look great. If all pirates were like Jack Sparrow then they are cool in my books. Of course some of them were cruel but they were good at what they did back in that time. Ninjas are alright too but they are dull compared to pirates in my opinion. JACK SPARROW FTW! =P

Well, it's raining a fair bit today. Well it's not a lot really but it has been raining on and off all day, even if it has been light. We are meant to get more on the weekend so I hope they are right because we really need it. It has been very cold today too and all I've wanted to do is curl up and go to sleep. We went grocery shopping this morning which was alright I suppose, I actually lay-buyed some more games for the Playstation 2 since they were cheap. They were; Ricky Ponting Cricket 2005, Crash Bandicoot: Clash of the Titans, Shrek 3 and another Spyro game. I have no idea when I will pick them up but hopefully in a few weeks or so.
I ended up getting a bank account at a different bank, NOT COMMONWEALTH BECAUSE THEY'RE CHEAPSKATES! I went with Heritage and they gave me my bank card straight away which was better yet. I don't have any money in my account but I will IF I get that job so we shall see in a few days. I thought they would have let me known whether I had the job by now, I would be disappointed if I missed out. The lady who put my name in sounded as though I could have it a week ago if I sounded alright for it. I sent an email to the employer but she hasn't said anything yet so yeah.
No plans for tonight, probably either watch television or play games. Mum and I have been playing Shrek 2 on the PS2 the last few nights which has been awesome as, my Mum makes me laugh so much sometimes because she's random and silly. It has been fun though and I can't wait until we get Shrek 3 haha. Fun! It's fun playing games with her because she usually goes mad at something on them.

I don't know if this is considered remarkable but every now and then we have a day where there are a ton of butterflies which just fly past in our area or other areas. Last year this happened and there were so many flying around and it was such a lovely site. It must have been their breeding season or something and they were all going somewhere. This happens rarely but it's a good thing to see when it does. It can last from up to one to three days but yeah, it's unique.

As the title of this journal entry says, it is a miserable day. It's cloudy and cold and it is meant to stay that way until mid next week or so. I hope it decides to rain because we really need it, the grass is dead in a lot of areas and we have a tank which is our main water supply so it would be great to have that filled. We had a good amount of rain a while back which was wonderful but since then we have barely had any. We will have to see what happens then!
Yesterday was good fun, we went to Riverlink shopping center and we looked around there. I picked up some games I had on lay-buy for the Playstation 2. They were $20 each so I thought why not? I also bought some pretty covers for my Wii remotes since they were half price. One is bright green and one is black so they really stand out now! The only annoying thing is that when I have to take the batteries out, I'll have to pull those covers off with much difficulty and back on again afterwards.
Today I do not have a lot of plans except for being online and playing games. My pet bird Tiko has been sick the past couple of weeks but fortunately he is getting better again it seems. He gets sick a fair bit which is unfortunate but I'm glad he is okay again for now. He's usually very happy and excited. He loves to play around but when he is sick, he's totally the opposite.
Tomorrow is grocery shopping, we usually go every Friday. I hope that is fun, it usually isn't. Grocery shopping is rather boring in my opinion but it has to be done if we want to eat.
Any way, that will do from me today. I'm sorry I didn't update yesterday, I didn't really have the time. *Excuses* =P

Hey everybody, my name is Kirsty and I am 20 years of age. I am from Australia, in the state of Queensland. Some people who read this will probably know all about me already but I thought I would talk about myself a bit any way! I am a qualified teacher aide who might have a job in a couple of weeks. I might be doing before and after school care which should be pretty cool, I hope. I still have to find more information about it so we shall see when the time comes. I have never had a real job before, I have been waiting for one for a while. Hopefully everything works out in the long run but only time will tell.
For those who don't know, I have a boyfriend whom I love very much. If you are reading this, I hope that you are feeling great and that you have a wonderful night. You mean the world to me and I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me. I know we're talking at the moment but HELLO! ♥
I have three pet birds as well, I am a huge bird lover. I have a Budgie named Tiko who is currently ill. He seems to get sick a lot but hopefully he gets better very soon. I have a cockatiel named Taffy who gets pretty cranky and then a Princess Parrot called Bandit who is pretty crazy most of the time.
Anyway, enough about that, now to my normal every day life. Today has not been a very busy day, I have been sitting around browsing and chatting online. I will probably play the Wii soon enough because that is always FUN! Tomorrow I will be going out with my Mum to a shopping center and we will probably look around and such. I don't really have any other plans besides Friday when we go grocery shopping. We do that every Friday!
